Amy is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, and retired military officer and navy pilot. She has lifted heavy for over forty years with a particular expertise meeting the unique training needs of women, retirees, and cancer survivors. Kathy Jones
Co-Founder
Kathy is a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) who has been practicing yoga since 2008. A retired university professor and writer, Kathy brings her teaching and creative skills to the yoga mat. She designs classes that quiet the mind while building energy and strength in the body to achieve mental, physical, and spiritual equilibrium.
