Co-Founder

Amy is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, and retired military officer and navy pilot. She has lifted heavy for over forty years with a particular expertise meeting the unique training needs of women, retirees, and cancer survivors. Kathy Jones
Co-Founder

Kathy is a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) who has been practicing yoga since 2008. A retired university professor and writer, Kathy brings her teaching and creative skills to the yoga mat. She designs classes that quiet the mind while building energy and strength in the body to achieve mental, physical, and spiritual equilibrium. Marcia Eppler
Tai Chi for Wellness Instructor

Marcia is a movement specialist with a background in dance and expertise in balance and somatic practices. She teaches Tai Chi, Healthy Movement, Aqua Flow, and Glow classes in Westerly and Charlestown, RI, and is a Certified Sensation‑Based Motivation Coach and Core Centering (Qigong) Practitioner.

Rachel Doughty, Yoga Instructor

Rachel is a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and our newest instructor. A recent graduate of the Sangha Yoga School in CT, she offers a slow, intentional flow accessible to beginners and moderate levels, incorporating mantra and reflection into asana practice. She aims to create a heart-warming space where you can feel the joy of yoga practice and learn to carry it with you, on and off the mat.
